Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

All orders placed will be shipped every Sunday before 6pm EST.  Tracking numbers will be automatically sent to the email provided at checkout via Canada Post. 

Product Returns:

If you receive a damaged bottle (cracked, broken or leaking), please send pictures and order number to sakredsynergi@outlook.com with the subject line, DAMAGED SHIPMENT.

Orders will be replaced free of charge or refunded once investigation has been conducted and cleared and at Sakred Synergi's discretion. If refunded, shipping costs will not be included.

All other scenarios (opened products, don't like the taste etc) will not be eligible for return or refund.

Services

All Services are refundable up to 24 hours before service is provided. 50% of service fee will be kept for same day or last minute cancellations. Rescheduling of service must be done 24 hours In advance. Sakred Synergi reserves the right to cancel and refund any service.
